A few pics from this weeks Technical Alpine Climbing Course, where we covered all the skills and tricks needed to climb quickly and safely on harder alpine terrain.  A special thanks to Ian and Stuart for their good company on the hill and agreeing to run the course Sun-Thur so I could race in the Ultratrail – and especially for turning out at half past midnight on the finish line too!  Cheers guys
