John Went and I had a great couple of days nailing some steeper spring ski mountaineering objectives around Cham this weekend after finishing last weeks Grand Combin Ski Tour lead by Jonny Morgan (who went straight off the Combin tour to Zermatt, in order to compete all night in the longest ski mtneering race in the world – The Glacier Patrol Race (60km, 4600m climb) he finished in 8hr 50 – top effort!)
